Yes, we finally made Emily's dream come true and gave her a puppy! Bella joined us yesterday from the Longmont Humane Society. They guess that she is a 11 week old Boxer/Shepherd mix. Emily is thrilled and can't get enough of her puppy. Abby is still warming up to the idea of actually petting her, but has engaged in a game of chase with Bella. Then Abby will scream as she runs up the slide to get away from the excited Bella. Ryan is still a bit indifferent but is kind of excited when he sees the doggy. Mom is still getting used to the idea too but as you can see, Bella knows who her sugar daddy is and sits at his feet!

Good for you! And Bella is pretty darn cute. How she hops about is so cute. Emily looks soooo proud!
I know we're not necessarily pet kinda girls, but if I were in your position, I think I'd totally get a doggy too. Especially with your dog lovers in the house! I know Abby will acclimate with a little time.
